Socrate (in greco antico: Σωκράτης?, Sōkrátēs, pronuncia: [sɔːkrátɛːs]; Atene, 470 a.C./469 a.C. – Atene, 399 a.C.) è stato un filosofo greco antico, uno dei più importanti esponenti della tradizione filosofica occidentale.
