Jackson Pollock
Paul Jackson Pollock (/ˈpɒlək/ Cody, Wyoming; 28 de enero de 1912-Springs, Nueva York; 11 de agosto de 1956) fue un influyente pintor estadounidense y principal artista del expresionismo abstracto. Pollock alcanzó reconocimiento por su estilo de chorrear pintura (dripping). Fue autor de 400 pinturas y alrededor de 500 dibujos. En 1945 se casó con la artista estadounidense Lee Krasner, quien se convirtió en una influencia importante en su carrera y en su legado.
