Isaac Barrow (* Oktober 1630 in London; † 4. Mai 1677 ebenda) war ein englischer Mathematiker und Theologe. Von 1660 bis 1663 war er Regius Professor für Griechisch in Cambridge und von 1663 bis 1669 erster Inhaber des Lucasischen Lehrstuhls für Mathematik.
