Rudolf Walter Richard Hess (ou Heß) (Alexandria, 26 de abril de 1894 – Berlim, 17 de agosto de 1987), foi um político de destaque da Alemanha Nazi. Nomeado Vice do Führer (Stellvertreter des Führers, em alemão) por Adolf Hitler em 1933, prestou serviço neste cargo até 1941, quando viajou de avião, sozinho, para a Escócia, numa tentativa de negociar a paz com o Reino Unido durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial. Foi detido e, posteriormente, julgado por crimes de guerra, sendo condenado a prisão perpétua.
