James Richard "Rick" Perry (Haskell, 4 de março de 1950) é um político dos Estados Unidos filiado ao Partido Republicano. Perry foi governador do Texas entre 21 de dezembro de 2000 a 20 de janeiro de 2015. Ele assumiu cargo depois da renúncia do então governador George W.
