Flávio Júlio Constâncio (Sirmio, 7 de agosto de 317 – Mopsuéstia, 3 de novembro de 361), segundo filho de Constantino, o Grande (r. 306–337), com sua segunda esposa, Fausta, governou o Império Romano do Oriente, em Constantinopla, de 337 a 361. Após a morte de Constantino I, o Império Romano foi dividido em três regiões administrativas diferentes e governado por seus três filhos.
