Sophia Vitovtovna of Lithuania (Lithuanian: Sofija Vytautaitė, Russian: Софья Витовтовна, romanized: Sofya Vitovtovna; 1371 – 1453) was the grand princess of Moscow as the wife of Vasily I from 1391 to 1425.
