Rohit Gurunath Sharma (born 30 April 1987) is an Indian international cricketer and the former captain of the Indian national cricket team. He is a right-handed batsman who plays for Mumbai Indians in Indian Premier League and for Mumbai in domestic cricket. In the year 2024 and 2025 he announced his retirement from T20Is and Test Cricket. He was also a member of the teams that won the 2007 T20 World Cup, the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy and was the winning captain of the 2024 Men's T20 World Cup and 2025 ICC Champions Trophy.
