Ian Alexandrovich Nepomniachtchi (Russian: Ян Алекса́ндрович Непо́мнящий, romanized: Yan Aleksandrovich Nepomnyashchiy, IPA: [ˈjan ɐlʲɪkˈsandrəvʲɪtɕ nʲɪˈpomnʲɪɕːɪj] ; born 14 July 1990) is a Russian chess grandmaster. Nepomniachtchi is the reigning (shared with Magnus Carlsen) World Blitz Chess Champion. He is also a two time Russian Chess Champion.
