Guido Hernán Pizarro Demestri (born 26 February 1990) is an Argentine former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. He is the head coach of Tigres UANL. Pizarro spent the majority of his playing career with Tigres UANL, where he made over 400 appearances for the club. He is nicknamed "Conde" (Spanish for Count), and is a naturalized Mexican citizen.
