Gabriel Boric Font (Spanish: [ɡaˈβɾjel ˈβoɾitʃ ˈfont]; born 11 February 1986) is a Chilean politician who has served as President of Chile since 2022. He was previously a member of the Chamber of Deputies for two consecutive terms from 2014 to 2022. Boric rose to prominence as a student leader while studying law at the University of Chile, heading its student federation during the 2011 protests. He was first elected to the Chamber as an independent in 2013 and re-elected in 2017 as part of the Broad Front coalition. Read more on Wikipedia
