Andrey Anatolyevich Zaliznyak (Russian: Андре́й Анато́льевич Зализня́к, IPA: [zəlʲɪˈzʲnʲak]; 29 April 1935 – 24 December 2017) was a Soviet and Russian linguist, an expert in historical linguistics, accentology, dialectology and grammar.
