Aristyllus (Grieks: Αρίστυλλος ο Σάμιος, Arístyllos o Sámios) (+/- 260 v.Chr.) was een Grieks astronoom en waarschijnlijk een leerling van Timocharis. Hij was een van de eerste die meridiaanobservaties deed. Zijn gegevens laten vermoeden dat hij werkzaam was in Alexandrië.
