Susan Elizabeth Rice (Washington, 17 novembre 1964) è una politica e diplomatica statunitense, rappresentante permanente alle Nazioni Unite dal 2009 al 2013 e consigliera per la sicurezza nazionale dal 2013 al 2017 nella presidenza Obama.
