Flavio Stilicone (latino: Flavius Stilicho, greco: Φλάβιος Στιλίχων; 359 circa – Ravenna, 22 o 23 agosto 408) fu un patrizio, console e magister militum dell'esercito romano di origine vandala. De facto esercitò la reggenza della parte occidentale dell'impero romano dalla morte di Teodosio I, sotto l'impero del giovane figlio di Teodosio I, Onorio, senza riuscire a imporre la sua autorità anche all'Impero romano d'Oriente.
