Stilicon (en latin : Flavius Stilicho), né vers 360 près de Constantinople et mort le 22 août 408 à Ravenne, est un militaire et homme politique romain d'origine barbare, actif sous les règnes de Théodose, empereur de 379 à 395, puis de ses fils Honorius en Occident et Arcadius en Orient. Entré tôt dans l'armée, Stilicon devient un des principaux officiers de Théodose, dont il épouse la nièce en 384. Nommé généralissime en 394, il affirme à la mort de Théodose avoir reçu la régence de l'empire, mais ne réussit à imposer son autorité qu'en Occident, où Honorius devient son gendre en 398.
