Deng Xiaoping

Deng Xiaoping (鄧小平T, 邓小平S, Dèng XiǎopíngP, Teng Hsiao-pingW; ; Guang'an, 22 agosto 1904 – Pechino, 19 febbraio 1997) è stato un politico, rivoluzionario e militare cinese. Dopo avere ricoperto ruoli direttivi nel Partito Comunista Cinese (PCC) a più riprese nell'era di Mao Zedong, divenne leader de facto della Cina dal 1978 al 1992. Fu ricordato, in particolar modo dopo il 1989, come il "capo architetto" della riforma economica cinese.
