Arsìnoe Filadelfo (in greco antico: Ἀρσινόη Φιλάδελφος?, Arsinòē Philàdelphos; in egizio: ir-si-nꜢt, irsinat; Menfi o Alessandria d'Egitto, 316 a.C. circa – Alessandria d'Egitto, luglio 268 a.C.), conosciuta fino al 275 a.C. semplicemente come Arsinoe e chiamata nella storiografia moderna Arsinoe II, è stata una regina egizia, sovrana in Macedonia, in Tracia e successivamente in Egitto. Nacque in Egitto intorno al 316 a.C. da genitori entrambi macedoni, Tolomeo I e Berenice I. Nel 299 a.C. sposò Lisimaco, re di Tracia e in seguito di Macedonia. Come regina, controllò politicamente diverse città, tra le quali Eraclea Pontica ed Efeso, e fece costruire la Rotonda del Santuario dei Grandi Dei di Samotracia, il più grande edificio chiuso a pianta circolare dell'antichità greca.
