Gueorgui Vassilievitch Tchitchérine, en russe : Георгий Васильевич Чичерин (Geórgij Vasíl'jevič Čičérin), né le 12 novembre 1872 (24 novembre dans le calendrier grégorien) à Karaoul dans gouvernement de Tambov dans l'Empire russe et mort le 7 juillet 1936 à Moscou, est un révolutionnaire, homme politique et diplomate russe et soviétique. Il est l'un des premières figures importantes de la diplomatie soviétique et occupe le poste de commissaire du peuple aux affaires étrangères de 1918 à 1930. Issu de la noblesse russe, il est un représentant éminent de l'intelligentsia russe du XIXe siècle. Il a travaillé dans sa jeunesse aux archives du ministère des affaires étrangères russes.
