Arthur Hailey
Arthur Hailey, né le 5 avril 1920 à Luton dans le Bedfordshire en Angleterre et mort le 24 novembre 2004 à Nassau aux Bahamas, est un romancier et scénariste canadien d'origine britannique. Ses romans à suspense, parmi lesquels Airport (1968) ou Hôtel Saint-Gregory (1965), tous des best-sellers, ont inspiré des films-catastrophes dans les années 1970, comme la franchise Airport.
