Elia Verina (en latín, Aelia Verina, m. 484) fue una emperatriz consorte del Imperio bizantino por su matrimonio con León I desde enero del año 457 hasta su muerte en enero del 474. Fue hermana de Basilisco, quien llegó a ser emperador tras la conspiración que curtió desde el 9 de enero de 475 hasta agosto de 476.
