Marko Mrnjavčević (en serbio: Марко Мрњавчевић) (en búlgaro: Марко Мърнявчевич); c. 1335-17 de mayo de 1395) fue por derecho el rey de los serbios de 1371 a 1395, mientras que de hecho gobernó sobre un territorio en el oeste de la región de Macedonia centrado en la ciudad de Prilep. Se le conoce como «Príncipe Marko» (en serbio: Краљевић Марко, Kraljević Marko) y «Rey Marko» (en búlgaro: Крали Марко; en macedonio: Kрaле Марко) en la tradición oral de los eslavos meridionales, en la cual se había convertido en un importante personaje durante el período de dominación otomano sobre los Balcanes. Su padre, Vukašin, compartió el poder con el zar serbio Esteban Uroš V, cuyo reinado se caracterizó por la debilidad de la autoridad central y la desintegración gradual del Imperio feudal serbio.
