Mijaíl Aleksándrovich Bakunin (Михаил Александрович Бакунин en ruso) (Priamújino, Torzhok, Imperio ruso, 30 de mayo de 1814 - Berna, Suiza, 1 de julio de 1876), conocido como Mijail Bakunin, fue un teórico político, filósofo, sociólogo y revolucionario anarquista ruso. Es uno de los más conocidos pensadores de la primera generación de filósofos anarquistas junto a Piotr Kropotkin, Pierre-Joseph Proudhon, Carlo Cafiero y Errico Malatesta. Está considerado uno de los padres de este pensamiento, dentro del cual propuso los planteamientos del anarcocolectivismo. Su legado marcó una fuerte influencia para el socialismo revolucionario, el ateísmo militante, el movimiento obrero, el anarcosindicalismo y los posicionamientos ético-filosóficos y críticos del autoritarismo y el poder político.
