Larry Kramer (Bridgeport, Connecticut, 25 de junio de 1935 - Manhattan, Nueva York, 27 de mayo de 2020)​ fue un escritor, productor de cine y activista gay estadounidense. Comenzó su carrera reescribiendo guiones para Columbia Pictures, lo que le llevó a Londres, donde trabajó para United Artists. En Londres escribió el guion para la película Mujeres enamoradas (1969), por el que consiguió una nominación al Óscar.
