Imre Lakatos, nacido Imre Lipschitz (Debrecen, Hungría, 9 de noviembre de 1922-Londres, 2 de febrero de 1974), fue un economista, filósofo y matemático húngaro reconocido por sus contribuciones a la filosofía de la ciencia y la filosofía de las matemáticas.
