Hugo Néstor Conte (Buenos Aires, 14 de abril de 1963) es un jugador de vóley argentino. Considerado por especialistas y colegas como el mejor jugador argentino de vóley de todos los tiempos, siendo además reconocido internacionalmente al ser galardonado como uno de los 8 mejores voleybolistas del siglo XX. Ganó la medalla de bronce en los Juegos Olímpicos de Seúl 1988. También obtuvo dos diplomas olímpicos, al salir sexto en los Juegos Olímpicos de Los Ángeles 1984 y cuarto en Sídney 2000.
