Amelios Gentilianos (altgriechisch Ἀμέλιος Γεντιλιανός Amélios Gentilianós; * wohl zwischen 216 und 226; † wohl zwischen 290 und 300) war ein antiker Philosoph. Er war Neuplatoniker und gehörte der Philosophenschule in Rom an, die von seinem Lehrer Plotin, dem Begründer des Neuplatonismus, geleitet wurde. Unter den Schülern Plotins spielte Amelios eine herausragende Rolle. Als sein Lehrer tödlich erkrankte, verließ er 268/269 Rom und übersiedelte in den Osten des Römischen Reichs.
