張忠謀（英語：Morris Chang，1931年7月10日—），台灣半導體企業家，台灣積體電路製造首任董事長，出生於今中國浙江寧波，成長於中華民國和英屬香港，是麻省理工學院機械工程學士、史丹佛大學電機博士，曾任工業技術研究院院長、董事長和世界先進積體電路公司董事長，曾獲IEEE榮譽獎章，並被浙江工商大學浙商博物館列入浙商名人堂，有「半導體教父」之稱譽，2006年、2018年至2023年出任APEC中華台北領袖代表。2020年《富比士》公布的台灣50大富豪，張忠謀資產為15億美元，排名第28。 他於1987年創立台灣積體電路製造公司（TSMC），開創了全球「純晶圓代工」模式，使設計公司能專注於晶片設計，而製造交由專業廠商完成。此模式不僅降低了半導體產業的進入門檻，也改變了全球半導體產業的生態，使台灣成為全球半導體製造的重要基地。 在维基百科上阅读更多
