Фрэнк Кипинг (англ. Frank Keeping; 1867, Пеннингтон, Гэмпшир — 21 января 1950, Лимингтон) — британский велогонщик, участвовавший на летних Олимпийских играх 1896, и выигравший серебряную медаль.
