Ulanhu ou Ulanfu (em chinês: 乌兰夫, pinyin: Wūlánfū; 23 de dezembro de 1907 – 8 de dezembro de 1988), nascido Yun Ze (em chinês: 云泽), foi o presidente fundador da Região Autônoma da Mongólia Interior da China, servindo de 1947 a 1966. De etnia mongol Tumed, ele assumiu o nome de guerra Ulanhu (lit. "Filho vermelho") e teve o apelido de "Príncipe Mongol" durante sua carreira política.
