Robert Baldwin Ross (Tours, Centro-Vale do Loire, França, 25 de maio de 1869 — Londres, 5 de outubro de 1918) foi um jornalista, crítico de arte e negociante cultural canadense-britânico, mais conhecido por seu relacionamento com Oscar Wilde, de quem era amante e testamenteiro literário.
