Raymond Anthony Lewis Jr. (Bartow, 15 de maio de 1975) é um ex-jogador de futebol americano que atuava como linebacker pelo Baltimore Ravens na NFL. Chegou aos Ravens pelo Draft em 1996 e lá permaneceu durante toda a sua carreira como jogador profissional.
