Élia Pulquéria (em latim: Aelia Pulcheria; 19 de janeiro de 399 — 453) foi uma imperatriz-consorte romana do oriente, esposa do imperador Marciano. Ela era a segunda filha do imperador Arcádio e de sua esposa Élia Eudóxia, irmã de Flacila, que nasceu em 397 e que acredita-se ter morrido jovem. Pulquéria era ainda irmã de Arcádia, nascida em 400, Teodósio, que seria imperador, e Marina, ambos nascidos em 401.
