Pio VII (em latim: Pius VII), O.S.B., nascido Barnaba Niccolò Maria Luigi Chiaramonti; (Cesena, 14 de agosto de 1742 – Vaticano, 20 de agosto de 1823) foi o Papa da Igreja Católica e Soberano dos Estados Papais de 14 de março de 1800 até a data de sua morte. Ingressou ainda jovem na Ordem de São Bento, professando sob o nome de Dom Gregório Chiaramonti. Eleito em pleno período das convulsões provocadas pela Revolução Francesa e pela ascensão de Napoleão Bonaparte, Pio VII conduziu a Igreja através de um dos momentos mais desafiadores de sua história.
