Pol Pot (nascido Saloth Sar; Quemer: សាឡុត ស; Kampong Thom, 19 de maio de 1925 – Anlong Veng, 15 de abril de 1998) foi um político e revolucionário cambojano. Foi primeiro-ministro do Kampuchea Democrático entre 1976 e 1979. Ideologicamente um marxista-leninista e um nacionalista quemer, ele foi um dos principais membros do movimento comunista do Camboja, o Quemer Vermelho, de 1963 a 1997 e serviu como Secretário-geral do Partido Comunista do Kampuchea de 1963 a 1981.
