Kang Sheng (chinês: 康生, pinyin: Kāng Shēng; 4 de novembro de 1898 - 16 de dezembro de 1975) foi um oficial do Partido Comunista Chinês (PCC), mais conhecido por ter supervisionado o trabalho do aparato interno de segurança e inteligência do PCC durante o início dos anos 1940 e novamente no auge da Revolução Cultural no final dos anos 1960 e início dos anos 1970. Membro do PCC desde o início dos anos 1920, ele passou um tempo em Moscou no início dos anos 1930, onde aprendeu os métodos do NKVD soviético e se tornou um apoiador de Wang Ming para a liderança do PCC. Depois de retornar à China no final dos anos 1930, Kang Sheng mudou sua lealdade a Mao Zedong e tornou-se um associado próximo de Mao durante a Segunda Guerra Sino-Japonesa, a Guerra Civil Chinesa e depois.
