Joseph Marie Antoine Hubert Luns (Roterdã, 28 de agosto de 1911 – Bruxelas, 17 de julho de 2002) foi um político holandês do extinto Partido Popular Católico (KVP), agora fundido no Apelo Democrata-Cristão (CDA), diplomata e jurista. Ele serviu como Secretário-Geral da OTAN de 1 de outubro de 1971 até 25 de junho de 1984. Luns frequentou o Ginásio Saint Ignatius em Amsterdã de abril de 1924 a junho de 1930.
