Helmut Lent (Pyrehne, 13 de junho de 1918 — Paderborn, 7 de outubro de 1944) foi um piloto de caça noturno alemão da Luftwaffe e o segundo ás de caça noturno com maior número de vitórias na história da guerra aérea.
