Henry Gregg, OIB (Magherafelt, 25 de outubro de 1932 – Coleraine, 17 de fevereiro de 2020) foi um futebolista e treinador de futebol britânico. Ele foi um dos sobreviventes do desastre aéreo de Munique. Escapou relativamente ileso, sendo capaz de voltar a jogar apenas treze dias depois, e foi inclusive apelidado de "herói de Munique" exatamente por buscar salvar quantas vidas possível após o acidente do avião, ignorando o perigo de sucessivas explosões na aeronave.
