Harold Godfrey Lowe (Llanrhos, 21 de novembro de 1882 – Deganwy, 12 de maio de 1944) foi um marinheiro britânico, conhecido por ter servido como o quinto oficial do RMS Titanic em 1912. Nascido no País de Gales, seu pai desejava que ele seguisse uma carreira nos negócios, porém Lowe fugiu de casa aos catorze anos e entrou para a marinha mercante.
