Edwin Laurentine Drake (Greenville, Nova Iorque, 29 de março de 1819 – Bethlehem, 9 de novembro de 1880), também conhecido como Coronel Drake, foi um perfurador de poços de petróleo estado-unidense, popularmente considerado o primeiro a perfurar poços de petróleo nos Estados Unidos da América.
