Richard Anthony Wolf (nascido em 20 de dezembro de 1946) é um produtor de televisão americano conhecido principalmente pela franquia Law & Order. Desde 1990, a franquia reúne seis séries policiais e judiciais, além de quatro versões internacionais. Ele também é co-criador e produtor executivo das franquias Chicago (desde 2012, com quatro séries ambientadas na cidade) e FBI (desde 2018, com três séries).
