Alexander Gavrilovich Shliapnikov (em russo: Алекса́ндр Гаври́лович Шля́пников; Murom, 30 de agosto de 1885 — Moscou, 2 de setembro de 1937) foi um metalúrgico, líder sindical e revolucionário russo. Foi o principal ideólogo da corrente bolchevique crítica do governo conhecida como Oposição Operária. Nascido em Murom, era o filho de velhos crentes.
