Viktor Mikhailovich Chernov (Russian: Ви́ктор Миха́йлович Черно́в; 19 November 1873 – 15 April 1952) was a Russian revolutionary, politician, and theorist who was a principal founder and leader of the Socialist Revolutionary Party (PSR).
