Vicente "Tito" Castelo Sotto III (Tagalog pronunciation: [ˈsɔtɔ]; born August 24, 1948), is a Filipino politician and television personality who has served as a senator of the Philippines since 2025. He is the longest-serving senator in the history of the upper chamber, being the only one elected for five non-consecutive terms, having previously served from 1992 to 2004 and 2010 to 2022. During his tenure in the upper chamber, he served as the 23rd president of the Senate from 2018 to 2022, which was preceded by two stints each as Senate majority leader and Senate minority leader.
