Simon Richard Cox (born 28 April 1987) is a retired professional football player and Republic of Ireland international, who played as a striker. Cox began his career at Reading. He has also played for Brentford, Northampton Town, Swindon Town, West Bromwich Albion, Nottingham Forest and Bristol City.
