Shirley Ann Manson FRSA (born 26 August 1966) is a Scottish singer, songwriter, and musician who is the lead vocalist of the rock band Garbage. Referred to as a "Godmother of Rock", Manson is known for her distinctive deep voice, forthright style, and rebellious attitude. Her accolades include nominations for two Brit Awards and seven Grammy Awards.
