Sergei Sergeyevich Shirokov (Russian: Серге́й Серге́евич Широков, Russian pronunciation: [sʲɪrˈɡʲej sʲɪrˈɡʲejɪvʲɪtɕ ʂɨˈrokəf]; born 10 March 1986) is a Russian professional ice hockey winger currently with Sibir Novosibirsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). Before signing with Vancouver in 2009, Shirokov played with CSKA Moscow for four seasons in the Russian Superleague and Kontinental Hockey League. He returned to CSKA Moscow in 2011 after two years with the Vancouver Canucks and Manitoba Moose. Read more on Wikipedia
