Rickey Green (born August 18, 1954) is an American retired professional basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Green, a 6 ft 0 in (1.83 m) and 170 lb (77 kg) point guard, led Chicago's Hirsch High School to the 1973 IHSA Class AA State championship. He then played college basketball for the Vincennes Trailblazers and Michigan Wolverines; at the latter school, his team lost to the undefeated Big Ten Conference rival Indiana Hoosiers in the championship game of the 1976 NCAA tournament. He then led the 1976–77 Wolverines to the Big Ten regular season championship, earning 1977 All-American recognition. Read more on Wikipedia
