Richard Ferrand (French pronunciation: [ʁiʃaʁ fɛʁɑ̃]; born 1 July 1962) is a French politician of La République En Marche! (LREM) who has served as President of the Constitutional Council since 8 March 2025. He previously served as President of the National Assembly from 2018 to 2022.
